Permits are not required if you are purchasing less than 12 plants. However, Phytosanitary certificate is required for plants going into the United States.

If a phytosanitary certificate is not purchased, then the package will be labeled as "home decor"; however Harley's will not be responsible for Custom delays or seizer of package. 

It's highly recommended to add phytosanitary certificate for 5 or more succulents. Shipment can be delayed up to 5 days in order to obtain the proper document. 

Summer shipping 

Please be advised that summer shipping can cause plants to stretch and lose it's colour due to the heat and humidity. It is normal but will require some time to recover.
