Shipping fees

1. Domestic standard shipping: for any destinations in Canada we offer free shipping for orders over $150 CAD or FLAT rate of $18( 5-9 days)

2. Xpresspost shipping FLAT rate $22 (3-5 days)

3. Purolator Express Shipping FLAT rate $28 (1-2 days) 

3. International standard shipping: Shipping to the USA, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $175 CAD. 

Oversized Item Shipping:
Oversized items may require additional shipping fees due to size and weight. Shipping costs will be calculated separately and communicated after purchase if applicable.

Processing Time 

Succulents:

It takes about 3-5 days to process most orders. Our succulents will be shipped bare rooted. Each plant is inspected and roots are cleaned before packing. Each plant is then carefully wrapped with various paper and/or insulated during the winter with cotton fluff.  This is to minimize damage due to winter temperatures

Without succulents: 

For purchases without plants, we typically ship within 3-5 days upon order completion.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are imposed by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. Harley’s is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs processing.

Liability 

By Harley is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items due to delivery delays, weather related issues beyond our control and handling by delivery carriers.
